Based in China, the Fame Master company produces a range of rubber puzzles; Dinosaurs being just one of the themes, initially produced in a variety of formats.  The medium figures are most commonly sold in eggs, also in blister packs.  The diorama sets don't seem to have been sold widely. The large and small figures haven't sold well and are not currently being marketed in the US any longer..
